Natureight distributes its products to countries part of the European Union in 24 to 72 hours. To help calculate the day your package will arrive, count the day the payment was received by Natureight as day 0, excluding Sundays and holidays.
However, in some remote areas, this express service can take longer. If you are not sure about your location, you can contact us by e-mail at info@natureight.com so that we can consult our transportation agency and provide you with a specific time according to your place of residence.

What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the two most prominent cannabinoids which are present in the cannabis plant, the other one being Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). CBD has no psychoactive effect, meaning that it does NOT cause a feeling of dizziness or euphoria, consequences of THC consumption. Side effects of THC can also include anxiety, increased heart rate and short-term memory.

Although CBD is widely permitted and used as a supplement nowadays, we cannot give you any medical or health advice regarding its use. We strongly advise you to carry out your own research into its properties.
What is the difference between THC and CBD?
Cannabidiol or CBD is one of many cannabinoids that is present in the cannabis plant, another being Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). As a matter of fact, unlike THC, CBD has no psychoactive effect, meaning that it does not cause a feeling of intoxication, dizziness or euphoria, all of which are side effects of THC.
Can I get high on CBD?
It is impossible to get “high” by taking CBD as it does not contain any psychoactive compounds.
Are cannabis and hemp the same thing?
Although they belong to the same family of plants, hemp plants come from varieties of Cannabis sativa L. that have been deliberately cross-pollinated and grown for industrial and agricultural purposes. These plants only contain a very small quantity of THC (less than 0.2%) and cause no psychoactive effects, thereby complying with European law.
The Hemp plants that we use to create our CBD-based products come from seeds that are certified by the French cooperative C.C.P.S.C.
What is the best way to take CBD oil?
CBD oil is mainly designed for oral use. The drops should be placed under the tongue and left for about 30 seconds. In some cases effects of the CBD were experienced after 30-45 minutes. In other cases it took several days to one week before effects were noticed. Re-balancing your body is a process which duration depends on each person.
Some people who suffer from skin conditions rub the oil directly onto the areas of damaged skin.
How many drops of CBD oil can I take at once?
Unfortunately, we cannot give advice on CBD quantities. The dose depends on a range of factors such as weight, height, gender, medical condition and intensity of pain. Anyways, the average dose is between 10 and 15 mg per day.
Are Natureight products environmentally friendly?
We work with small groups of producers who form cooperatives, striving to limit our carbon footprint. Thus, BY NO MEANS pesticides, herbicides, growth hormones, chemical fertilizers or additives are utilized.
All Natureight products are also 100% vegan.
What is the difference between crystal CBD and the full-spectrum CBD used for Natureight products?
The so–called “crystal” CBD that you can find on many websites contains only CBD. That means that the CBD molecule has been isolated from the other cannabinoids and that all other plant components have been taken away.
However, current research suggests that full-spectrum CBD is more effective than the isolated form as CBD works best when combined with other components of the hemp plant. This is what is known as the Entourage Effect.
A remarkable study on the subject was carried out by the Lautenberg Center for Immunology and Cancer Research. All tests carried out as part of this study indicated that “CBD isolate” was only effective at a certain dose, whereas “full-spectrum CBD” continued to provide relief as the dose increased. Another even more fascinating result of the study was that full-spectrum CBD extract possesses pain-relieving qualities that are not found in existing anti-inflammatories. Are Natureight products tested in a laboratory?
Yes, we regularly test and monitor our products throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee optimum quality and safety. Each batch is also tested by a third party laboratory.
How should I store my Natureight products?
You are strongly advised to store Natureight products in a cool and dry place.

Are Natureight products legal?
All of our products contain less than 0.2% THC, making them legal in most European countries. You are, however, advised to check existing laws regarding CBD in your country of residence.
Is there a risk involved with sending CBD across borders?
We send hundreds of bottles of CBD oil throughout Europe every day, and we have the necessary documentation to prove that their THC content is below the legally permitted threshold of 0.2%. You are, however, advised to check existing laws regarding CBD in your country of residence.
HEALTH
Are CBD-based products good for my health / can they help to treat a health problem?
Many people personally believe that CBD-based products are effective supplements. Please contact us and we will help you in your research.
Can I give CBD to my pet?
CBD can also improve animal quality of life. Actually, mammals, fish and mollusks also have an endocannabinoid system.
However, doses are not the same as for humans, and should be adapted according to the animal’s weight. The effective and beneficial dose must be calculated for each animal, depending on the condition being considered. For example, a dose of 0.5 mg per kg per day is a good start. This can be increased depending on how the animal’s condition develops.
However, we are not authorized to give medical advice. Warn your vet if your animal is taking CBD and never change prescribed drugs without having checked first.
